Thanks to the super stable Picual olive, Sizzle was born for the heat. It’s still 100% extra-virgin, but made with mid-harvest olives that give it a more mellow flavor. The oil produced from these olives will be milder in flavor, and make for a more flexible cooking oil.
Uses:
Chicken Cutlets, Sheet Pan Veggies, Fried Rice, or even Chocolate Chip Cookies! Great for everyday cooking like roasting, searing, poaching, pan frying, baking, and marinating.
Grown and processed from native Picual olives in Jaen, Spain. Harvested in November and December, when the olives are more mature. Olives are picked during peak harvest season when they are more mature and a bit juicier.
Comes in a 25.3 fl oz (750ml) squeezable, recyclable bottle. (Just separate the spout before recycling)
