Local Pickup & COVID-19

We're now offering curbside pickup on our website!
Just order online and select Local Pickup at checkout. Our current shop hours are Wed - Sun 12-6pm, and we're able to fill most orders within an hour (during shop hours). When your order is ready, you'll receive an email with pickup instructions. No need to make an appointment, just show up anytime between those hours! Ring the doorbell when you arrive, we'll grab your order for you and set it on a stool at the door. Please wear a mask, and feel free to use the hand sanitizer we have available :)

If you're local, please consider choosing curbside pickup instead of shipping!  Shipping can be expensive and time consuming, help us out and help save packing materials by arranging a pick up. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your support - every single order means the world to us. We love you!

 

Care

Our pieces are made of durable stoneware, and designed for use in the modern home. All glazes except the crackle are safe to use in dishwashers and microwaves. Brass spoons should be hand washed. 

 

Marking & Staining

Many of our glazes are custom formulated with a matte finish, which can be more susceptible to staining and cutlery marking. When possible, we finish the inside of our pieces with a glossy liner to reduce this. If this marking is an issue for you, we recommend regular cleaning with Pierre D’Argent, Bar Keepers Friend or other food-safe soft scrub cleaners. Regular cleaning will greatly reduce or eliminate cutlery marking and staining. 

 

Shipping

With order confirmation, orders usually ship within 5 business days. Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Shipping is done through the USPS unless otherwise noted. We offer international shipping, through the most cost-effective provider. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We are a small business and are unable to accept returns, but gladly accept exchanges for store credit within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Valid receipt and original condition required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we are unable to reimburse shipping expenses. Sale items, skincare and perishables are final sale. 

UPDATE: Due to Covid, we are currently unable to accept exchanges.

 

Damages & Lost Packages

If damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving, and include a photo of the damaged item. We will do our best to ship a replacement as soon as possible. After 7 days, all sales are deemed final. If an order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping service directly. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to the USPS / UPS for more information.
