Local Pickup & COVID-19
If you're local, please consider choosing curbside pickup instead of shipping! Shipping can be expensive and time consuming, help us out and help save packing materials by arranging a pick up. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your support - every single order means the world to us. We love you!
We assume all orders may be a gift and include a gift receipt in each order, as well as removing all price tags. We are always happy to gift wrap, just leave us a note at checkout letting us know you'd like your items wrapped as a gift! You can also leave a message to the recipient at checkout, that will be printed on your gift receipt (any notes you leave to us will be edited out).
Our pieces are made of durable stoneware, and designed for use in the modern home. All glazes except the crackle are safe to use in dishwashers and microwaves. Brass spoons should be hand washed.
Marking & Staining
Many of our glazes are custom formulated with a matte finish, which can be more susceptible to staining and cutlery marking. When possible, we finish the inside of our pieces with a glossy liner to reduce this. If this marking is an issue for you, we recommend regular cleaning with Pierre D’Argent, Bar Keepers Friend or other food-safe soft scrub cleaners. Regular cleaning will greatly reduce or eliminate cutlery marking and staining.
With order confirmation, orders usually ship within 5 business days. Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Shipping is done through the USPS unless otherwise noted. We offer international shipping, through the most cost-effective provider. International orders may be subject to import fees. Customers are responsible for any customs & duties charges, please check your local regulations for more information.
Returns & Exchanges
We are a small business and are unable to accept returns, but gladly accept exchanges for store credit within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Valid receipt and original condition required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we are unable to reimburse shipping expenses. Sale items, skincare and perishables are final sale.
COVID UPDATE: We are currently unable to accept exchanges on soft goods such as towels, pillows or blankets.
Damages & Lost Packages
If damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving, and include a photo of the damaged item. We will do our best to ship a replacement as soon as possible. After 7 days, all sales are deemed final. If an order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping service directly. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to the USPS / UPS for more information.
We are not currently able to accept custom orders.
