Local Pickup

To select local pickup, order online and select Local Pickup at checkout.
Our current shop hours are Daily 12-7pm, and we're able to fill most orders within an hour during shop hours. When your order is ready, you'll receive an email with pickup instructions. No need to make an appointment, just show up anytime between those hours! Feel free to come to the register or ring the doorbell when you arrive, and we'll grab your order for you.

 

Gift Wrap

We assume all orders may be a gift and include a gift receipt in each order, as well as removing all price tags. We are always happy to gift wrap, just leave us a note at checkout letting us know you'd like your items wrapped as a gift! You can also leave a message to the recipient at checkout, that will be written on a small note card (any notes you leave to us will be edited out).

 

Care

Our pieces are made of durable stoneware, and designed for use in the modern home. All glazes except the crackle are safe to use in dishwashers and microwaves. Brass spoons should be hand washed. 

 

Marking & Staining

Many of our glazes are custom formulated with a matte finish, which can be more susceptible to staining and cutlery marking. When possible, we finish the inside of our pieces with a glossy liner to reduce this. If this marking is an issue for you, we recommend regular cleaning with Pierre D’Argent, Bar Keepers Friend or other food-safe soft scrub cleaners. Regular cleaning will greatly reduce or eliminate cutlery marking and staining. 

 

Shipping

With order confirmation, orders usually ship within 5 business days. Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Shipping is done through the USPS or UPS unless otherwise requested.

We are currently shipping in the US only.

 

Returned Packages

Returned packages will be refunded, minus shipping costs and a 10% handling fee, or may be re-shipped (Please email or call us to pay for re-shipping costs)

 

Return Policy

Full-price, unused, unopened merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached are eligible for store credit within 20 days of receipt. Valid receipt and original condition required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Sale items, skincare and perishables are final sale. / Earthen-shop.com

 

Damages & Lost Packages

If damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving, and include a photo of the damaged item. We will do our best to ship a replacement as soon as possible. After 7 days, all sales are deemed final. If an order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping service directly. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to the USPS / UPS for more information.
