The founder & head chef, Justin Chao started Le Bon Garcon in 2010 inspired by a year abroad in Paris learning French confectionery technique. Our unique flavors are inspired by Justin’s childhood spent in LA Chinatown and the dynamic flavors he fell in love with there.
