Boon is a small batch chili oil made by chef Max Boonthanakit in Los Angeles, CA. Inspired by traditional Chinese chili oil, and made to reflect Boonthanakit's Chinese/Thai upbringing. This chili oil is a step above the rest with more added flavor.
