Earthy flavoured outdoor grown Rhubarb is paired with aromatic, spicy and citrusy ground Cardamom pods producing a jam essential for baking.
Ingredients: Rhubarb, unrefined cane sugar, lemon juice & cardamom.
Raspberry & Hibiscus Flower Jam 220g
Sweet summery Raspberries are cooked with dried Hibiscus Flowers creating a floral sharp jam perfect for breakfast. We add the Hibiscus Flowers to help retain a bright pink colour.
Ingredients: Raspberries, unrefined cane sugar, dried hibiscus flowers & lemon juice.
Strawberry & Rosewater Jam 220g
Strawberry sauce or jam? Both! We like to think of this summery jam made at the peak of the Strawberry season. Strawberries are very low in Pectin so this is perfect spooned over your ice-cream sundae or stirred into your sheep’s milk yoghurt. Paired with a hint of the Middle East, a splash of the classic Rosewater.

Seville Orange & Chamomile Marmalade 220g
Our second Marmalade has its foundation in the traditional Seville oranges, with the twist of chamomile. Like all LBJ jams, the chamomile isn't an infusion, it is part of the recipe, with little chamomile flowers in each jar. It is best on toast, keeping it simple.
Ingredients: unrefined caster sugar, Seville oranges, chamomile flowers & sea salt.
Fig & Earl Grey 200g
This cult favorite is a firm LBJ favorite--now it is available as part of the LBJ classic range. Made with the finest figs and cooked with earl grey tea producing a sweet but ever so slight savory jam due to the texture/flavor from the fig seeds. Highly recommended on toast but equally as delicious served on bruschetta with feta cheese, rocket & olive oil.
