Made in Solsona, Spain, by Pallarès, a third-generation blade smith. Hand fashioned from carbon steel with a boxwood handle. Carbon Steel is harder than stainless steel and lasts longer before needing to be sharpened.
Materials: Stainless Steel and Boxwood.
Care: Dry shortly after use, rinse and towel dry, then store in a dry place. Using mineral oil every few months will help protect the blade and the wood.
