A golden mix of turmeric, black pepper, and ginger for warmth, calm, and anti-inflammatory effects.
Instructions:
Add 1-2 teaspoons of Golden Milk powder per cup of warmed creamy beverage of choice. Add 1 tsp coconut oil, grassfed butter, or ghee. Add honey or maple syrup to taste. Blend well. Can also be added to curry, stir fries, and smoothies.
