Thanks to its stainless steel blade, this kitchen knife is both useful and easy to care for. Unlike carbon steel knives, these stainless steel blades will not tarnish and will not develop a patina over time. An excellent choice for everyday kitchen cutting jobs and charming enough to accompany a cheese board.
Made in Solsona, Spain, by Pallarès, a third-generation blade smith. Hand fashioned from stainless steel with a boxwood handle.
Materials: Stainless Steel and Boxwood. (note: photos are of the carbon steel knife and display some color differences than the stainless steel)
Care: Dry shortly after use, rinse and towel dry, then store in a dry place. Using mineral oil every few months will help protect the blade and the wood.
