Thanks to its stainless steel blade, this kitchen knife is both useful and easy to care for. Unlike our carbon steel knives, these stainless steel blades will not tarnish and will not develop a patina over time. An excellent choice for everyday kitchen cutting jobs and charming enough to accompany a cheese board.

Made in Solsona, Spain, by Pallarès, a third-generation blade smith.  Hand fashioned from carbon steel with a boxwood handle. Carbon Steel is harder than stainless steel and lasts longer before needing to be sharpened.  

Materials: Stainless Steel and Boxwood.

Care: Dry shortly after use, rinse and towel dry, then store in a dry place. Using mineral oil every few months will help protect the blade and the wood.
