Shipping: All of our wholesale is made to order, and can take 2-6 weeks to ship depending on availability and up to 8 weeks during the holidays.

All orders are shipped as cost-effectively as possible, through USPS or UPS. You will receive a confirmation with tracking when your order ships. International accounts please use the code INTERNATIONAL to waive shipping, we will bill it separately when your order is ready to ship. International orders may be subject to import fees, which customer is responsible for.

Damages: If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days at hello@earthen-shop.com. All sales are deemed final after 7 days.

Glaze Variation: Our glazes are custom formulated in house.
PLEASE NOTE: We fire in a gas environment, which has natural variation. Each piece is truly one of a kind and finishes will vary.

Local Pickups: We new offer a local pickup option at checkout! You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up.
