Shipping: All of our wholesale is made to order, and can take 2-6 weeks to ship depending on availability. All orders are shipped as cost-effectively as possible, through USPS or UPS. You will receive a confirmation with tracking when your order ships. International accounts please use the code INTERNATIONAL to waive shipping, we will bill it separately when your order is ready to ship.

Damages: If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days at hello@earthen-shop.com. All sales are deemed final after 7 days.

Glaze Variation: Our glazes are custom formulated in house.
PLEASE NOTE: We fire in a gas environment, which has natural variation. Each piece is truly one of a kind and finishes will vary.

Local Pickups: We new offer a local pickup option at checkout! You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up.
