The new jam in town

This is a divine syrup or “vegan honey”, if you will, made from cacao mucilage (cacao fruit pulp). We name it Cacao Nectar as an allusion to the nectar of the flowers that in good hands is transformed into a delightful ingredient. Are you dying to know what it tastes like? Sweet and a bit tangy, it has a unique flavor. We love using it as a balsamic, an exquisite jam, or as you would with honey – pairing with cheeses, dried or fresh fruits, meats, vegetables, salads, or anything else you can dream of.
